    Vision

I am committed to empowering children with the strength to rise above  menacing challenges they may face always cultivating compassion, character, and confidence.

    Mission

To build a reputation of providing children with a passion for life and learning by involving families and community in hands on activities that establish

    Core Beliefs

Children are born with a natural sense of wonder about the world.

Educators should have relentless mind-set that allow them to pursue their goals.

Perseverance, passion, and positivity should be the core ideas that keep educators on track.

Children need assistance and support in gaining the skills they need to express their creativity and develop their minds.

Children need all the help they can in creating positive feelings about themselves and others.

Educators should be honest, forthcoming and respectful towards their students to develop trust and openness.

All children are capable of learning.

Children learn in a variety of ways, so teachers need a range of strategies.

Children are not meant to be passive learners. They need to get their hands in it, on it, around it, through it, and under it, using every sense in their experiences.

Children need movement and exercise to positively stimulate brain growth and development.

Children thrive with secure, consistent relationships with responsive adults that portray genuine care.

Learners grow through hard work and persistence, but it does not have to be boring.

Curriculum is meant to be constantly altered and improved based on the learners' needs.

This earth was given to us as a gift and we are to respect and care for it while gaining powerful insight.

Effective educators purposefully model behaviors they desire from learners academically and socially.

I really like your vision statement. However, maybe instead of saying “I am committed” start off with “To be committed, (or something to that effect)?” In your belief “Educators should have relentless….” Should allow be allows? I enjoy your core beliefs. They are nicely worded and I can tell you put a lot of effort and time into your core beliefs.

Vision -- You vision needs to include the word 'while' after 'they may face, while...' Also, I don't think 'menacing' is the right word, even though it sounds good.
Mission --Maybe the sentence got cut off...but it's not complete, something should come after 'establish'.
Beliefs --Correction-Educators should have (a) relentless mind-set that allow(s) them to pursue their goals. ----Other than that, I really liked your beliefs, they are outside of the box and different!!
