Vision -- While your vision is precise, I feel it could be worded better. I know that you want to do more than create relationships with all you encounter. I feel you could elaborate on your statement and also add to it. The Vision can be longer than a sentence. What else do you want to do?
Mission -- I like your mission, and while I see the connection between the community within the school district and receiving a higher education, I don't feel the statement connects the two as much as it should. Perhaps there is a way to lengthen the sentence...maybe include a (by), (with), or (and) and then elaborate further?
Beliefs --I really like your beliefs. I would change the statements and eliminate "I believe".

Good start on your vision, but I think you should elaborate alot more. This is the part where you need to tell "the world" what you want to become as a Early Childhood Educator. Explain to me why you are different than other teachers in what you can provide for students, parents, and collegues. Tell your readers, what you want to do with their chilren, how your going to help them, and so on. You can touch on differentiated learning and the environment possibly, these are important factors that you as an educator need to provide. I know you want to do more than just create relationships. Go all out on this portion, WOW your readers.

When I read your mission, I get the feeling that your main purpose is to provide for the community. I think when you word it like that "serve and dedicate your time", it makes you sound like an organization and/or foundation, instead of a teacher. I would take some time to really think about what your sole purpose is as an educator. Maybe you can just word your mission like this: "My mission is to encourage and inspire students to succeed in our world." This way you are including the community because the students will succeed in the world because of what you do as a teacher. Just an idea.

I like your core beliefs the best because this is where I can really tell that you are going to be a fabulous teacher. I just commented by a few of them below:

I believe that all students can learn, and it is my responsibility to work with parents, colleagues, and administrators to determine the best way to fulfill each student’s needs. (Couldn't have said it better!)

I believe that in order for teachers, parents, and students to be successful, everybody needs respect, support, and boundaries. (good point)

I believe that teachers should be honest, respectful, and understanding with their students.

I believe that diversity in a classroom is a strength and not a weakness. (Well said)

I believe in using the resources that are available to help benefit myself and the school district as a whole. (Resources=Success)

I believe that the support given by parents and teachers are critical to a student’s academic success. (Support and Love)

I believe in doing the best to my ability and holding the teaching profession in the highest standards possible.

I believe in long term commitment and committing myself to a lifetime of learning.(Being a learner along side of the students)

    * Remember to take off the ...I believe... parts on each statement, because we know that you believe these things considering they are your core beliefs.

Overall, terrific job! These are just a few things I think would help perfect your paper. Use your judgement.
